Body Rolling is a simple self treatment technique that helps prevent pain, heals injuries and erases the negative effects of ageing and active living We use specialized ball rolling techniques that penetrate into common high tension areas giving you the power to replicate the techniques – and results – of physical therapies on a day-to-day basis.
Practiced alongside Somatic Movement, in which we practice slow, mindful movements we re-train damaging postural and movement patterns. By working directly with the nervous system we learn new patterns of movement that relieves chronic pain and muscular tensions.

I really thought that Yoga was all a bit of a codswallop and that it wouldn’t really work for me.
