Yoga for the Menopause

Calming , restful Yoga to help alleviate many symptoms of the Menopause, such as hot flashes, night sweats and anxiety.

Yoga Body Rolling and Somatics

The best way to get out of pain, out of your head and into your body! Find relief for tight muscle contractions, poor posture, stiff and achy muscles, shoulder, neck and hip pain.

Elemental Yoga Classes
